Midlands Matting is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal information. We do not share, sell, or disclose your email address or any other personally identifiable information to third parties.

We do not view, access, or store your credit or debit card details at any stage of the payment process. All online payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways that comply with industry security standards. Midlands Matting may retain limited transaction or financial records solely for order processing, accounting, and legal or regulatory compliance purposes.

Product Specification Disclaimer

Please note that minor variations in the dimensions of rubber mats may occur. These variations are a natural result of the rubber manufacturing process, which involves multiple stages of heat and pressure.

A dimensional tolerance of approximately ±1 mm due to expansion or shrinkage is considered normal and acceptable within industry standards. Such variations do not impact the quality, performance, or durability of the product.

Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions govern all contracts for the sale of goods entered into between Midlands Matting and you, the customer. These Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other terms unless expressly agreed in writing.

Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods you have ordered, we shall not be liable for any compensation or consequential losses arising from non-supply.

All orders must be positively authorised through bank card sanction prior to dispatch. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Product Descriptions & Specifications

All drawings, images, descriptions, specifications, and advertisements on our website are provided for illustrative purposes only and are intended to give an approximate description of the goods.

Manufacturing Tolerances

Due to the nature of the rubber manufacturing process, which involves stages of heat and pressure, there may be slight variations in product dimensions.

A tolerance of approximately ±1 mm due to expansion or shrinkage is considered normal and acceptable.

Delivery & Risk

Responsibility for the goods passes to you upon delivery. A signature may be required on receipt of delivery.

If you are unavailable to sign for delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of a re-delivery attempt. Our responsibility (except in cases of our negligence) ends once the carrier has attempted delivery to the provided address.

Damaged or Defective Goods – Claims

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Time Limit for Claims

If goods arrive damaged or defective, you must notify us within 7 days of:

  1. The date of delivery, or
  2. The date on which the defect could reasonably have been discovered (if not immediately visible).

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the claim being rejected.

Non-faulty products may be returned within 14 working days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, industrial disputes, fire, or natural disasters. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We operate a formal complaint handling procedure and aim to acknowledge all complaints within 7 working days, with the intention of resolving disputes promptly and fairly.

Governing Law

All contracts shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect contracts already in place at the time of amendment.
